Front panel construction with transparent films

• Make a mirrored(!) printout of your design on a transparent film (available from office supplies). Test the printout with paper to save film material.
• Stick a double-side adhesive transparent film on the case. This material is available from specialised suppliers (e.g. Conrad Part-No. 529400-80)
• Now mount the transparent film with the front panel layout. Because of the mirrored printout, the toner or ink layer can be placed directly to the adhesive film. This protects the layout against dust and scratches.
• -Cut off drillings, etc. with a sharp knife.
